Successful En Banc Rehearing in Fifth Circuit.

On March 24th, 2016, Randy Roach and Manuel Lopez successfully sought En Banc rehearing in the Fifth Circuit federal court of appeals on behalf of Stryker Corp. seeking to overturn an adverse panel opinion on an important removal jurisdiction issue.
